"I've had these clubs for I believe 7 years now and have loved them since day 1. I can hit every club extremely crisp from the PW all the way down to the 2-iron. I haven't really tried any new irons since I got these, but I just love the sweet spot...I seem to hit it almost every time. I have no problem working the ball left or right or keeping it low or hitting it high. Since the X-14s are a little outdated at this point I would highly suggest these clubs to "beginners" trying to create a nice "starter" set."

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
