"We researched this purchase since May of 2007, and just made the purchase in October. We went between a large version for over $3,000.00 and smaller versions - more home style because of the small number of people requesting this type of coffee. We are very pleased with the quality of the drink, the ease of making a cup, and the ease of clean-up. And the machine does not take up a lot of cupboard space. I have had no negative comments on your product - all positive."
