"This miracle arrived just after our second son was born. Can't say enough good things about it, the unit is simple to operate, makes great lattes, and is a snap to clean. My wife was also able to start making her own lattes within a week, BRILLIANT. The only other device in the house she dares tackle is the Tivo, so the bar is fairly high.

I have had not issues with any part of this product and after about 50 cups already brewed I can't imagine life without it. We also use the hot water feature quite regularly for tea."
