"I like the grill and it is a good value. It arrived with a damaged heat distribution plate and you can not get in touch with Charmglow (Brinkman). Over 23 minutes on hold. I will attempt to get help from my local (Helena) Home Depot. The unit had another dent but it weighs 500 plus pounds and I don't want to return it. The heat on the grill is hotter in the rear (at the "U") but thats OK. If not for the lack of customer service from Charmglow (Brinkman) this grill would get a much better rating."
