"I purchased this item about 6 months ago and I love it. It browns meats quickly, steams and pressure cooks. I was mainly interested in pressure cooking low budget meats, but I use it for so many things. I have "browned" and "low pressure" cooked country ribs in 17 mins. I've made chuck steaks, calas, regular ribs, dry beans and rice, etc. The various features are very intuitive. I like the "delay" cook feature a lot. On top or all this, it's beautiful -- shiny and high tech looking. The inner liner is a black, removable bowl. I sometimes "pre" prepare something, store the bowl in the fridge covered with foil and the next day just pop it in. [...] Need I say more? Also don't sweat the size. It's only me and my husband, but sometimes you want to cook "big" and save."
