"screen was flashing "check heat pump system"

called ctc for tech support- they told me that my heat pump sytem needs to be checked. however, i do not have a heat pump system. they said that i had a faulty thermistate and for me to return it. and basicly said sorry and for me to call a service tech. so that was their pro advice.. when i hung up the phone it dawned on to pull the batters out of the unit to reset it and what do ya know .....it works just fine now. great tech team at ctc."

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
