"I have to say, I love this item! I've lived in NYC for over ten years and always wanted something like this, and finally decided to splurge. While it takes up a lot of counter space (which in NYC is not a lot to begin with), it's worth it to me. I find that I can keep much more organized with this unit, for some reason doing the dishes was always something I could never find time for, but now it's a snap. I have been cooking a lot more because of it, so I am thrilled with my purchase.

The only negatives are the size, and it is a little bit noisy. Also, if you want to wash anything other that basic dishes, you usually have to be creative or do two cycles (one for dishes, one for pots/pans).

But I would definitely recommend it to anyone who hates doing dishes, but can't have one installed."
