"I started taking this religiously about 7 days ago. As of today I have NO appetite, sometimes a small desire to pick at food. I make sure, however, that I do eat healthy, very small portions of food throughout the day. This stuff is the real deal. I have already dropped 6 pounds of water without exercising. Goal is to lose 48 more pounds, and this stuff will definitely get me there. For people considering Hoodia: Make sure to use it for at least 7-10 days before deciding if it is right for you. The active ingredient, P57, needs to build up in your system first."
