"After following all instructions, I had no more than two good cups of espresso. There seems not to be enough power to force the steam through - water sits on top of the coffee in the basket. A trickle of lousy, thin, coffee-stained water manages to get through. Even with frequent cleaning (which helkps a little) the steam simply is not "espressed" through the coffee."

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
