"This seems to be a good machine for the price but the instructions are NUTS!! I even called customer service and their service wasnt that great.. she had to put my questions in to the help desk and i still have not received a call back.. It is unclear how long you are supposed to preheat the thing (that was one of my major issues) also it doesnt specify the grind.. we had our espresso ground at a coffee shop and they ground it to a #3 and that was apparently to fine.. #4 did the trick. once you get the thing up and running i think it makes great espresso.. but making your own espresso is MESSY! unless you use those pods but .. i like my fresh ground espresso and i guess ill deal with the mess..
