"If you don't watch it it will suck the carpet off the floor. The first time I used it I realized that my old vaccumn cleaner did not get the dirt off the carpet but this Dirt Devil is a Devil. It can suck dirt inches away. I was cautious about getting the Dirt Devil because I have always had a Bissel but let me tell you sometimes it's good to try something different. I am happy."
