"We love this thing...we've used it in the kitchen right before we used the our new Bissel Steam mop :) Everything about it is just what the other 5 star reviews mention...The high pitched whine is a little annoying but we are only using it more small quick clean-ups. We have noticed the whine is louder on the hardwood floors compared to the carpet..."
