"The product was great once we had all the pieces. When it first came it didn't have pedals. So I called the number on the box and they said they would ship the pedals within the week. That would have been great except that it was during Christmas, mail was slow, and this was a gift for my mom. When I finally go the pedals they didn't have the straps attached. So once again I called back and had the straps sent over. The whole process took over a month. Besides that the pedals work great! It has been working out great as a rehab bike!"

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
