"This bike is great for arm and leg workouts. It adjusts to a good strong resistance for lower momentum upper body which you really feel in pecs, shoulders and arms. I had a spinal cord injury, and this is a great compliment to lifting in getting my mass and coordination back. It can, however be unstable if you get to far away with leg extension. This may be just my being new to the product though, and it could have to do with my choice of angle in regards to my seat height. So all in all this very inexpensive bike is more than worth the meager investment."
