"I've been using the range for 6 months now. I noticed that the "rack" in the warming drawer was less than half the size of the drawer itself and instructions tell you not to set anything directly in the drawer, only on the rack. The rack would hold 1 9x13 pan and that's it. Also the finish on the top grates seems to be wearing off - need to contact the manufacturer about that. The grates started out a nice matte black, but are "wearing silver" on the ones I use the most. The major drawback is that when the oven is on, the exterior of the stove, especially in the area of the knobs gets quite hot. In fact, the range itself radiates a lot of heat when the oven is on. But the oven roast beautifully, the burners are great, and the whole thing is very easy to keep clean."
