"I wouldnt recommend this product at all, yes its slim and light weight and easy to assemble but my friend and I both use it and had little to no results and its not affecting either of us at all. It isn't as good as everyone thinks, and anyone who says that it's great - is lying, it'st just easy and feels like ur just reclining. Not helping my abs at all- I feel like I'm rocking myself to sleep."
