"Although this iron is appealing to the eye, it was a total disaster! After reading all the reviews, i must have got a dud! It was so loud and made all kinds of gurgling noises, it would wake up my son, that's how loud it was! I also had to change outfits twice from the discolored water it would leak, also major calcium buildup after less than a week! I bought it on a Sat. and returned it toda (tuesday). It also left a big white streak on my husbands black dress shirt, which he was not to happy about. I however definitely recommend a Rowenta, which i have owned for 6 years now, but i thought it was time for a new iron since it isn't very pretty after 6 years, but still going. I exchanged it for the Rowenta Focus and I just love it!! You really do get what you pay for!!"
