"I will be returning this worthless air conditioner today. Had to buy a portable, as I have crank out windows.Bought this for a tiny 9x7 bedroom that I use as home office. I thought 10,000 btu would be more than enough. Not so with this unit! On it's BEST day, in 2 1/2 hours on high, it cooled the small room 4 degrees, then the temp started to climb again! Also, the unit leaks or drips water, as the rug below the unit is wet.Very disappointed in[...]t for selling me a piece of junk like this. Maybe I need to shop at a better store, that doesn't market any piece of junk that they can get cheap. Save yourself time & aggravation: don't buy this unit."

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
