"I bought this product after reading the great reviews. I have been INCREDIBLY dissapointed with the cordless sweeper & Fantom's customer service. Upon using the cordless sweeper for only the 2nd time, it would not turn off, we had to take the battery pack out to get the vac to turn off. And when we stick the battery pack back in, it's automatically on & won't shut off until we remove the pack again. I called Phantom's customer service dept & they were not only incredibly slow, but advised me that I was required to pay shipping to send the item back to them (with many shipping stipulations included) & send them a check to have them ship their defective product back to me once they fixed it. In other words, they told me that I would have to pay more than the product was worth to ship it to them, have it fixed & have them ship it back to me. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

I'm only giving it 2 stars because the large vacuum seems OK. If I had it to do over again, I would never have bought this product."
