Professional installation is necessary!
"I chose to buy this unit because of concept, design and, not the least important, the price. The ad of [...] suggests a simple installation: "you just have to drill a small hole in the wall and connect some tubes; professional installation recommended". This is quite misleading. Professional installation is an absolute necessity! The difficulty is not to make a hole in the wall but to connect the tubes, create the vacuum and prevent the leakage of the refrigerant. Unless you can safely do these jobs, otherwise don't bother to buy the unit. Professional installers from the list supplied by the store + some local one from the Yellow Pages asked [$] (for a total of [$] for 9000 BTU)"
