"My first Strat is an Eric Clapton ""Blackie"" re-production. A great axe - I never gave a second thought about buying another Strat - this one is great. However, after I saw the 60th Anniversary Strat, I thought it would be a nice addition to my collection of rock ""icon"" axes. I just received my new Strat about a few hours ago this evening. This Strat is Great! In fact, I think that this Strat has more of a ""Slowhand"" sound and tone than my first Strat - ""Blackie"". The 60th Anniv. Strat neck is faster having a nice rosewood fingerboad with smooth frets (it feels faster than the ""Blackie"" Strat. Both of theses Strats are great axes. "
