"I had a night mare with this product. I purchased the product. the first unit that was delivered would not heat up and basically only tumbled the wet clothes. The second unit that came the following day locked up and displayed "i need service" the minute the installer plugged it in. A third unit was sent and it seems to work but is very inefficent. these are fancy looking dryers but beyond that they really do not work. You are much better off with the [$] one from Sears."

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
