"I am 67 years old and started using the Ab lounge at 64. I, like many other women carry excessive tissue around my middle. Dieting and other exercises didn't seem to have much impact, but the Ab lounge targets those problem areas for me. I has helped me look better in my clothes and has increased my self esteem.
I lost my Ab lounge meal planner and would desperately like to find another. Do you know where I could find one?"
