"OK... I waslazy and I did not work out. I have a little stomach and some love handles. It took some time for me to notice and then I got oh so very eager to but the blounge,I ordered it from sports authority. Im going on week 3, it was pretty easy to assemble a good 20 minutes. The first few times there will be no burn or any feel that it is working but towards the end of week 1 I was feeling that urge and burn. It sometimes squeaks but it does not bother me. You dont always have to watch the video but at least watch it once to make sure your doing it right. I do it with every chance I get. I hope I see big time results .... good luck to you all."
