"This unit is a good complimentary piece of equipment to go along with a general exercise routine. It targets the stomach muscles, which is a big problem area for a lot of people. It is also easier than having to use the floor. The video helps to get you started and the booklet included adds to those exercises. READ all the information in the booklet, make sure your equipment is safely put together, and then start out slowly at first and build up your routine. It also helps to have someone watch you for the first few times. The only disappointment was in not being able to store it under a futon or my bed, because of the shape of the top. Still, it doesn't take up that much room.I was going to buy an XL, but I am 5'4" tall and don't need the extra. This is the right one for me. I am happy with my purchase."
