"Against my husbands better judgement, I bought this dishwasher as an upgrade, mostly because I thought the Frigidaire Professional Series appliances were so pretty. I decided to go ahead and purchase the dishwasher and hoped for the best, I didn't want my husband to prove me wrong as he had seen some negative reviews about many Frigidaire appliances.
I loaded a few dishes to test how well it performed, it was extemely quiet and I was starting to question if it was even working. I could hear the water fill and the tiny front display said it was washing. I opened the door many times to see if the arms were even spinning and I then found out that they were not. My dishes never got wet so we played around with it a few hours thinking maybe there was some sort of packaging left inside to prevent them from moving during shipping. This wasn't the case, it wasn't working at all. We thought maybe it was an electrical problem so we turned it completely off and reset the breaker thinking maybe it was just a fluke. After that, the power wouldn't even come on.
The installation guy came back out and the breaker was turned back on, the power strip started flashing and he couldn't get it to do anything, said it was a complete defect. They are coming back to uninstall it and giving me a complete refund.
The feautures on this dishwasher are nice, if they worked. The only positive thing I have to say about it is that it's the most beautiful appliance in it's class, and that's about it. Save your frustrations and go with a different dishwasher."
