"I have used the older Verison of this phone for a while we just upgraded to the newer design in our new office. these phones work awsome. Last poster didnt read the manual. Infact if you do not plug in the powercord you can only use line 1. so simply put plug it in all 4 lines work. As far as having a line roll to the next you dont do that on a phone you do that with the phone company. they do that for you. I like the feature of transfering a call from any line into any office in the building. i have no idea how this thing does it but it works surprisingly well"
