"I purchased this phone 8 months ago, and in that short time period this phone has been a total piece of junk. I bought it because I have always trusted the name brand. Big mistake. I work in small office and I make and/or receive 10 to 20 calls a day. Not at all high volume. The LCD display only works when it wants to (wish I could do that) and the answering machine feature is very tempermental. I tried to return the phone after only 5 or 6 months, but I was informed that electronics can only be returned within 14 days of purchase. The reason given to me for that is because of how quickly technology "changes". Funny. Better explanation for "changes" should be "falls apart". As of this morning I am happy to report that the phone has apparently decided to go on strike..........as now it no longer takes incoming calls. Great "change" keep up the inferior work!!"

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
