"I bought this as an upgrade to my inexpensive 10-speed road bike. Fantastic bike! Easy to shift, easy to find the ride cadence. Good, responsive brakes, which are a little noisy. Not squeaky yet, but a louder rub noise than other bikes I have ridden. Quality components, small but comfortable saddle. A comfortable riding position, which also allows for power when needed. The tires are rated for 65 to 85 lbs. Reduce the pressure for a softer ride. The tires are smooth for road use, not knobby mountain bike tires. The rat-trap pedals may be a little hard on the feet with thin-soled shoes. Overall, an excellent bike for a good price. [$]. I love the matte black finish and the overall understated style of the bike. If you are looking for a good recreational and/or commuter bike, this is the one!"
