"This a good computer for the price, need to update the power supply and video card and it is a great computer. I bought this computer new about 10 months ago and the only thing I had an issue is with the SD card reader, it stopped working and contacted Gateway support. They are no help at all, I had to contact them 6 times, and now they want me to send the computer in for warranty at my cost. The shipping cost more than the part, so I'm just going to use my usb card reader. So if you purchase the computer look at the service agreements, the warranty from gateway is worthless. Gateway use to have the best service, but I found out they were bought by acer, so that explains why it is really bad."
