"The computer arrived five days later. I was really excited about getting my first quad core computer. My issues were the BIOS having an internal program error the eSata port would drop and not recognize my Seagate External drive. My USB video capture device would not load at all and after all these issues and many hours later (you know what it's like) I just gave up. I called Tiger Sunday morning told them about my issues and I was pleased how well they handle the situation. I ordered the DX4710-07 (new) and was not charged for shipping. The UPS return label was sent to my e-mail and the computer was sent back Monday morning. The people at Tiger Direct were great and I will buy/shop again and recommend my friends. Thank you.
