"We have two young children and run a load of dishes at least once a day. We love the dishwasher. I was somewhat apprehensive about changing from my Kitchen Aid Whisper Quiet to a GE, but my husband assured me the GE would be quiet as well. Now that we finally have it installed and I have started using it, I love it. I often have to check to make sure it is actually running. The knock on this unit was its mediocre cleaning. I have found that it cleans very well, every bit as good as my Kitchen Aid. I love the automatic liquid detergent dispenser, very handy. The one criticism that I have at this point is that there are no internal clips to hold onto lids. I would also like to have a readout on the face of the dishwasher as opposed to the top of the door. Although this is not a big deal. If I am standing back in the kitchen I can see the readout and time left display pretty well."
