GE 30 in. Electric Convection Range (JB968) Review

"Wow! I used my new range for the first time on Thanksgiving Day! I was a nervous wreck because I have never owned a convection oven. This stove accomodated a 23 lb. turkey. The oven comes with a probe that tracks the temperature of the meat on the control panel. It was perfect! However, it does cook much faster than a normal bake mode. (It does have a regular bake mode as well) The lower oven cooked 2 casseroles while the turkey was in the main oven. What a blessing! The temperature of the lower oven goes to 450 degrees. The stove top has 4 burners and a warming burner. There is a "bridge" feature that heats up the two left burners plus the area in between. Great for pancakes! The adjustable front burner can be modified for 6 inche, 9 inches or 12 inches. Great for a huge soup pot or stir fry. I am thrilled with this range; can't say enough about it. It has all the bells and whistles to prepare a simple feast or a grand dinner. I'm excited about cooking again!!"
