"I bought this phone 2 weeks ago and it was horrible!!!! I really liked the way it looked and the color but the quality is NOT GOOD, we could barely hear someone when talking and if there is water running or if you move to much while talking it fades in and out, I WAS REALLY SHOCKED! and it's hard to delete your wording in the banner, and hard to move around if you are in the menu, just not a good phone, I took it back and purchased a Uniden for less the money and was very pleased! This phone is WAY OVER PRICED for the quality."
