"We purchased this jeep for our 3 year old daughter in 2004 for christmas. She will be 7 next month and it is still her and her friends favorite toy. It is used everyday except rainy days and we have since purchased another used jeep so that at least two people can drive. They chase each other all over the backyard and down the sidewalks now that they are older. We have only had to replace a battery one time about 6 months ago. This toy is extremely durable and has been well worth the money we spent. I wish they had one for a little bit larger child so that when this one is outgrown we could step up to a larger model. Battery recharges in a couple of hours and will go for several hours at a time."
