When you decide on pizza or ice cream, check the food label and adjust your fat-grabber Chitosan according to your portion size! You can find it just a bit cheaper if you search, but you'll [...] take more pills (usually 1/2 g per pill); I buy this one! Take your medications and/or supplements when you're not taking Chitosan with the meal (I eat a good breakfast and lunch, so I can let go a bit for dinner). I eat less after Chitosan, and it stays with me so I don't snack before bedtime. Great stuff!"
