"I consider myself to be in good shape. I'm a former Marine and am, currently, a mailman. I don't have time to stop, literally. To be blunt, I was concerned with diarrhea. No problems at all. However, do expect more substantial BM's by day 2. My diet is basically what is recommended by the program, except, I had to cut dairy, coffee, and alcohol. Also, if you don't already, take a multivitamin, as you are flushing your body of nutrients, as well as toxins. I am happy with the program and plan to repeat it, after the holidays was a good time for me. I lost 3 pounds, feel less bloated, and more "regular." It's a supplement to a healthy lifestyle and body. Another winner from the folks at GNC."

"I did the GNC 7 day cleanse, and it cleansed me real good. I even lost a few pounds in the process. The one major drawback (for me personally) is that its been over a week since I completed the 7 days and I still have to stay near a toilet every morning for emergency diarrhea. Its improving a little now but I still need to be careful where I go, especially after drinking a glass of water... it just goes right through me."
