"Today was my first day trying this product and I'm in love with it already. I bought the chocolate shake and it tastes fantastic. Who says you can't have chocolate in the morning? =) I felt very full that I had a shake at 12:30pm. (keep in mind) I hadnt eaten anything before the shake) and went to the zoo with my daughter and didn't think about food at all, before i knew it, it was already 6:20pm! Thats 6 hours in between that I hadnt eaten, its amazing how it makes you feel. Full of energy! I highly recommend it for a meal replacement."
