"I have been taking these supplements for years when i want to grow my hair out and they are great. I don't even worry about getting a bad haircut anymore because I know I can take these and grow my hair back in no time. It has doubled my hair growth and the results come quickly. The first time I used it i noticed significant growth in two weeks. the only down side is that i think it also makes your nails grow faster which is a down side only for me because I hate long nails and I am constantly clipping them."
