My hair stopped coming out in the shower and im noticing new hair growth (not much obviously since Ive only been taking the vitamins for a month). My hair looks much much better- maybe because of the healthier diet im on or maybe because of the supplements, probably both. At least im not crying over my hair in the morning anymore :) Good stuff."
