"I don't know how effective this product will be as I just started using it. I do know that I have found an easy way to take it so I don't taste it. I put a sip of milk in my mouth and drop the tablet into my mouth and swallow. Then I chase it down with the rest of the milk. I don't taste it at all. I haven't tried the yogurt idea, but that seems to work for some as well."
