"I'm a high school basketball player looking to gain strength. I got this so i can workout from home instead of having to go to the gym everyday and overall i'm pretty impressed. I'm able to get a full body workout and do pretty much every exercise i would do at the gym. My only problems would be that when using the cables, your workout isn't very smooth and i would have liked the gym to come with some type of chart showing all the workouts you can do with it."
