"Over all this is a great table if you have a bad back. After a couple of days it has reduced my pain by a third. I wish I had it several years ago. It's best to leave it set up all the time if you have the space. It's a little hard to fold up and move yourself,but that is the ONLY con. The pros far out weigh the cons."
