"I get excellent, vibrant, high resolution prints from the product. The only complaint I have is that the printer ribbons can't be purchased separately. So, if a ribbon jams, I have to reload the ribbon and the paper. That means that over a few years time, I have accumulated about a hundred sheets of paper that I can't use."
