I already had a microfiber mop so the applaction was smooth..... only down fall was the prep: I mopped my floor w/pine sol to rid of oils etc (sponge mop) ... then rinsed it twice... mannnny buckets of rinse water ... COMPLETLY DRY the apply ..... I applied 2 coats w/a dry microfiber mop to a 288sq. ft. room with 3/4 of a 27 oz bottle..... looks like I polyurthaned it... can see the reflection of my windows on the floor.. BTW I also have 3 X-large dogs. still looks great after 1+ month(s)"
