"I have been using this product for nine days now and have lost 7 lbs without exercising but have been dieting. I feel I have been exercising with the running around after work with my 3 kids and getting dinner ready. I have 9 1/2 lbs to go to lose and hopefully it will be soon. Must keep up the dieting. I would recommend this to people that only want to shed from 10-30 lbs."
