"I use the product once a day.Two tablets before i start my day and then i eat a kellogs protein bar and i'm ready to go. This product is great and fast.I started about 2 weeks ago and already see a difference in my stomach.In the begging i was nauseated but that quickly went away.I would recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight fast and safely."
