Low Water -> Severe Pain!

"Pros: For me this stuff worked. I have dropped 65 pounds so far and have about 40 to go to get to my desired weight, and this system helped. I was averaging about 75% to 100% extra weight loss each week while using these pills, and noticed exercise was causing me to sweat a lot more.



Cons: One night, after using the pills for about 3 weeks, I suddenly got a severe, short pain near my left temple. It lasted less than a second, but was very painful. Then I got another about 30 minutes later, and another, spaced out about 30 minutes apart. It really troubled me, but it started at night and I went to bed, woke up the next morning and there was no pain. About half way through the day it started again and progressively got worse until it was happening every 10 minutes or so. This was severe pain, I'm a grown man and I actually grunted and winced on these. They were very short (about a second), very sharp, and very painful to the point of stopping me in my in my tracks. I got so worried by evening time I was about to go to the emergency. Even though I'm only in my late 30s, I thought I might be having a stroke. Just as I was at my breaking point, I realized I hadn't been drinking much water the last couple days. I normally drink over a gallon of water in a day, and I had a very busy end of week and simply forgot about it. I immediately drank 2 full 16 oz glasses of water and a 16 oz every 10-15 minutes for the next couple hours. Within an hour the head pain was gone and never returned. After a week I began taking the pills again, obviously more conscious of not lapsing on my water, and never had the head pain return.



The moral of the story for me is that these pills really do seem to help with weight loss. I lost as much as double the weight each week while taking the pills. They are dangerous though, as any supplement that alters the body unnaturally probably is. You will experience severe head pain if you don't keep up on your water, so my advice is if you are ever feeling this kind of pain while taking these pills, think about your water intake and try to increase it to see if the pain goes away."
