"I bought this when the tablets were out of stock at the store. It's true that there is a bitter taste at the bottom of the drink if it is not thoroughly mixed. The flavor overall is fine as long as it's mixed very well. I use one packet only twice per day. At work I drink a 32oz cup of water in the am and another one in the afternoon. I put one packet in each cupful and sip on it all day. It is more sustained for me all day. I do not get hungry while at work and it works long enough to help me feel energized at the gym after work. My eating is less curbed in the evening for dinner, but not as much as if I were taking the tablets three times per day. I think overall this product is not as cost effective as the tablets but I like having the "even-ness" of drinking it throughout the day rather than bursts of the stuff every few hours."
