"I really like this product for the energy it gives me. The box says to mix it into 16.9 oz of water but I find that it tastes better if I mix it in 32 oz. I like the fact that I can drink it all day and get even energy all day. It tells you to take it before each meal up to three meals but I usually only use one to two packets and still get lots of energy out of it. Helps me accomplish what I need to during the day."
